A Guide to Fitness

Every year alot of people make the New Years Resolution to get healthy.  Sometimes it's not so much a Resolution as it is your Doctor telling you to get off your ass & work out.  Or at least eat healthier.  Researching to find good information on how to get started, what exercises to do, what to eat or not eat can be exhausting.  So... I ran across this information and just had to share.  (Thanks Pinterest)
